As Father’s Day approaches, I’m reminded of my heavenly Father’s love. I thought I would write a simple, childlike prayer, below.

Our Heavenly Daddy

Your blood covers my sinful case
A reminder of your amazing grace

Your arm of protection has no length
You cover my days with Your great strength

My future remains within Your vision
I rest in knowing You are my provision

In silence, I sit and choose to pray
To tell you how much I love you this day

As you celebrate Father’s Day with the godly men in your life, remember, your Father in heaven loves you with a perfect and everlasting love.

I hope you enjoy this Father’s Day video, A Childlike View of Fathers. The clip highlights the importance of legacy. (If you lack a legacy, perhaps it’s your opportunity to leave one.)
